1. Return Eligibility

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

2. How to Return a Product

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mirasopic is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned product.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
